Week 3 in Room 3!

 This week we have continued to work on routines and various skills while with the group! Did you know we started a sticker chart for when we successfully sit with the group for 1,2 or 5 minutes! We will practice sitting while we do activities through the year and we all think we will keep getting better at sitting for longer! In art we made bear paintings because we have been reading the book "We're going on a Bear Hunt!" Our bears all have 2 circle ears, 2 circle eyes and 1 circle nose!

 This week, we have been doing an AMAZING job at working on our task bins and books! We started reading "We're going on a bear hunt" and re-telling the story ourselves! The best part is when they are running back home after they see the BIG bear in the cave! In Math we are exploring numbers and showing Ms. P what numbers we know and how great we are with number work!!! We have been focusing on 1 and 2, but we know so many more. We think Ms. P's going to have to start challenging us more soon!!! In art we've been painting and cutting and gluing. The paint is definitely a favorite so far.
